DJG Parts is committed to complete customer satisfaction!

  • We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping and handling charges related to returns are not covered and will be calculated for you prior to initiating your return.
  • DJG Parts will accept for exchange or return parts that do not completely satisfy you for up to 30 days after your purchase. If a return is made after 15 days of purchase, it may incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • If a return is made after 30 days, it may incur a 30% restocking fee. Returns may not be accepted after 30 days. All returns from special orders and/or non-stock items have a 35% restocking charge.
  • Electrical and gas parts cannot be returned or exchanged unless authorized by one of our part specialist team.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to gather information needed to make the right choice on parts, with all the guidance we can supply.
