Ordering Process

At this time, ordering equipment, parts, accessories, and other supplies through the DJG Parts website is a two-step hybrid process that allows you, our valued customer, to place an order online -- while also ensuring the accuracy of your order via a manual order completion process executed by a customer service representative at DJG Parts headquarters office.

Here are the steps users of our online store can expect to follow until such time as DJG Parts offers a fully automated, e-commerce process.

  • Step 1: If you are a new DJG Parts customer, please create an account with us for future time savings and easier communication with our company. (You may also place an order as a guest, if you prefer.) Already have an account with DJG Parts? Simply use our secure login system, including your user name and password. Forgot your user name or password? You will find prompts to recover them.
  • Step 2: Shop for the items you require, using our new/improved part selection process (by brand name or product type). Add as many items as you wish to your cart. Our system will auto-calculate your total charge. And you will have the option to adjust or confirm the parts and quantities in your when you proceed to checkout.
  • Step 3: When you are done adding items to your cart, you may proceed to checkout, where you will have the opportunity to
    - confirm the items and quantities in your cart
    - confirm the preliminary cost of the items you’ve selected
    - confirm your account information, including bill to information, ship to address, and preferred shipping method
  • Step 4: Submit your order. Upon doing so, you will receive both an on-screen and emailed order confirmation. Concurrently, DJG Parts will receive and commence completion of your order with us – confirming the accuracy of the items you have selected, your shipping preferences, shipping charges, any/all applicable taxes or tariffs, your method of payment, and an anticipated time of arrival.

Note: In the near future, DJG Parts expects to migrate to a fully automated e-commerce transaction; until that time, our aim to ensure your satisfaction by assisting you with the final steps of your order (including price, shipping costs, etc.)
